Anything you can share and do.

We want clients who use our services to be able to express themselves and share content that is important to them, without compromising the security and safety of others. Therefore, there are terms and conditions that you should know, including:

1. You may not use our products to do or share things:
   • Those who violate the law, are misleading, discriminatory, or deceptive.
   • Who violates the rights of others, including the intellectual property rights of others.
2. You may not upload viruses or malicious code, or do anything that can disable, overload, or damage the proper performance or appearance of our Products.
3. You may not access or collect data from our products using automated means (without our prior permission) or try to access data for which you do not have access permission.

We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these provisions. We may also remove or limit access to your content, services or information if we determine that such action is reasonably necessary to avoid or reduce the impact of laws or regulations that are detrimental to us.

If we remove content that you have shared because it violates our regulatory standards, we will notify you and explain the options you have to request another review, unless you violate these terms seriously or repeatedly, or if that action makes us or the parties others may be subject to legal liability; harm our community. So we are forced to impose sanctions.

The permission you give us.

We need certain permission from you to provide better service, namely permission to use the content that you create and share. Because in order to use our services, we need you to give us official permission (known as a 'license') to use this content. Such permission is solely for the purpose of providing and improving our products and services.

This license will terminate when your content is removed from our system.

You must obtain our written permission (or permission under an open source license) to modify and create derivative works.

Updated our terms

We are constantly working to improve our services and develop new features to make our products even better for you. Therefore, we need to update these terms from time to time in order to provide better services. We will only make changes if the provisions are no longer appropriate or incomplete, and only if the changes are reasonable and in accordance with your interests.

Limits of liability

We cannot control or direct the actions or speech of people when using our products, and we are not responsible for their actions or behavior (whether online or offline) or for any content they share (including content that is offensive, not appropriate, indecent, illegal, and other potentially disturbing content).

We try to provide clear rules so that we can limit or prevent disputes between you and us. However, if a dispute does arise, it is advisable to find a resolution point and what law will apply first.
